Khanh’s Story

I don’t think being selfish is necessarily wrong, but there is something about the greater good and the long game among other factors that have to be considered. 


I’m sure you don’t mean to annoy me when you comment on my money and it’s probably because you worry for your son and me and you. For me though, it’s just frustrating because the whole reason we keep our money separate is to prevent these incidents. It’s not like any money I don’t spend is going to go to Vinh or you, so it doesn’t really impact you guys in that sense. You may feel you have to be selfish in the case of my money, but you’re missing out on the bigger picture and other factors. Today I cleared out my pending charitable contributions and it got me thinking about this. ATEN!!!

I don’t know why people still insist on the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony in general. They all seem so stressed out over it. Seems dumb to volunteer and do things that stress you out. See, you can do it and want to. Just remember that feeling. Anyhow, we should probably find a better way to pack early. Not be like Tony.
