That is where people follow rules and directions because someone complains, but the results end up being worse for the complainer. 


I really wished you had taken some time and a breathe before firing off that message. I hope it works out for Vinh, but now I’m concerned it could result in malicious compliance. I don’t appreciate your insinuation that I care more about their feelings than Vinh. If anything, I’m trying to think this through before making any rash actions that I can’t take back, but I don’t have to worry about that since you already sent a message and called out the main caretakers of Vinh. SMH…
