Thanks for doing a great job cooking hu tieu today. It was good. I think it would be good enough to make again. The sago needs work, but it wasn’t horrible. However we have a lot left. I will need to buy coconut milk to add to it. Fresh pho too…

I don’t know why people still insist on the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony in general. They all seem so stressed out over it. Seems dumb to volunteer and do things that stress you out. I started having 2 sets of toiletry items to make it a lot easier… Otherwise it’s stressful for you. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. We can do it. Safe travels tomorrow Em. ATEN!!
