Bonds

There’s a theme in the manga, Naruto, of bonds. Not the financial ones, but the relationships between people. Like all things in life, there are different types of bonds and different strengths and so forth.

Sometimes we get to choose the bond, sometimes we are given the bonds. It’s important to figure out early only which bonds are important and which ones need to be severed. I read an article the other day about how it’s not only important to hire the right people, but also be able to fire people as well. Even if that means swallowing your ego because you hired them. That’s life.
