Make Every Monday Matter

I don’t know if I was dating you when I got a book about making Mondays matter. Basically the book just had you make goals to start something every Monday. I got a meme the other day about how you don’t need to wait for a specific time or date to start something good.

It also needs to be stated that setbacks are okay as long as you keep moving forward. Anyhow, I need to keep moving forward. I might have ate a little too much today, but I didn’t eat any donuts or cookies at work. Now I just need to exercise when I get home. ATEN!!
